A liberal Maulvi Sahib says. Explain that Islam gives a man the right to divorce, why not a woman?

Isn't a woman a human being, not her rights?

Maulvi Sahib: I will answer your question. But first you tell me one thing.

Liberal: Yes Maulvi Sahib! Say what you want to say.

                                                                Maulvi Sahib: Tell me that you boarded a bus to go somewhere, rented the bus, took the ticket, sat on the seat and started the journey.

 Does the bus owner have the right to drop you off somewhere along the way, in a forest or in a desert before you reach your destination?

Liberal: Absolutely not.

Maulvi Sahib: OK! Now tell me, if you want to land somewhere along the way, do you have the right to do so?

    Liberal: Absolutely, I can land wherever I want.

    Maulvi Sahib: Why? Reason ?

 Liberal: The reason is that the bus driver has taken the fare from me. Therefore, the bus driver cannot get off anywhere before the destination. And I can land wherever I want. He can't stop me. Because the bus driver's job was with rent, which he has taken from me.

     Maulvi Sahib: Exactly. Now tell me one more thing? You brought a laborer  For a day's work. He started work, soaked bricks, made cement, started the wall, and after laying eight or ten bricks left work and walked home, what would be your reaction?

Liberal: I will not let him go, he will get leave only if he completes the work.!!

Maulvi Sahib: Good !!! And if you want to finish it in the middle of work?

Liberal: I have to pay him. I can fire him at any time.

Maulvi Sahib: Exactly! Now listen to the answer to your question. In all the affairs of the world, one party is the one who spends the money. So the other side will serve in return for this money. The rule of the world is that the one who spends money always has more choice. The consent of both parties is required when settling an issue. But after the settlement of the matter, the person who spends the money can fire the service provider after paying the dues, but the party providing the service cannot leave the job in between. If the service provider is given such an option in return for money, then the workers should leave work in the afternoon and go home.

Employees disappear in the middle of duty.

The landlord must evict the tenant within a month. 

The tailor will hand over your suit half-sewn and half-cut and refuse to do the rest.

Maulvi Sahib: Do you understand something Mr. Liberal?

    Liberal: Yes, yes !!! Maulvi Sahib! I understand  But I am asking about that divorce.

  Maulvi Sahib: That is what I am explaining. Listen !! In a man and a woman when marriage is a pure, loving and trusting relationship. So it's not a matter of business or time, it's a matter of hearts, and a matter of a lifetime. But even in this Islam gives us some rules and regulations.

   One party to this agreement is a man.

 Islam burdens a man with all the expenses of his wife, food, shelter, medical treatment, clothing, ornaments, transactions, and all the necessities of life. Now every responsibility of this woman's whole life is on this man. This man is responsible for the safety and dignity of this woman. It is responsible for all its needs. Even after the death of this woman, her shroud burial has to be arranged by the same man. The children that are born to these two spouses belong to both of them, but Islam also places the full financial responsibility of these children on the man alone, their accommodation, food, clothing, medical treatment,  All the financial expenses of education and sports are also the responsibility of men and only men.

 Islam frees women from all these responsibilities.

Before all these responsibilities, at the time of marriage contract, the man has to pay a huge amount of money to the woman in the form of Haq Mahr.

In addition to all this, Islam exhorts the man to be kind to his wife. Is,

He also promises a reward for putting a morsel in his wife's mouth by saying:

He calls her (Atqwa Allah fi Nisa ') and promises Allah's wrath and punishment for harassing, harassing, beating, threatening and harassing his wife for no reason. So by saying (Khairkam khairkam leahlhi wa ana khairkam  lea Ahli), he promises love, affection, comfort to the family, taking care of their needs and keeping them happy within the permissible limits, and considers such people as the best human beings.

After imposing so many responsibilities on a man, Islam only imposes on the wife the responsibility of serving her husband, obedience, loyalty to him, taking care of his house and children.

In this agreement between a man and a woman, every financial responsibility of the woman's life is on the man, so you tell yourself which of the two should have the right to divorce?

 Mr. Liberal: By the way, it should be with the man, but if the woman is also given this right, then what is the harm in it?

  Maulvi Sahib: What is wrong? !!!

   So listen again !!!! Suppose you liked the relationship of a beautiful girl, sent the relationship, talked, and the relationship was settled, they demanded one lakh haq mehar, you accepted, the marriage took place, as soon as you handed over the haq mehar to her,

   She said, "I will divorce you." Divorce, divorce, divorce ...  Then in the evening she marries another man,

   After receiving the seal from it, She reaches the third, then the fourth man. So what will happen to your heart, Mr. Liberal?

   Mr. Liberal: Oh! Just do it Maulvi Sahib, you blew my mind, this is a very terrible thing.

  Maulvi Sahib: Not only this, Mister-Liberal, go beyond that, now the man who spends all his wealth on his wife with open heart, raises her hand, just because he considers her his wife forever. If she fears that at any moment she may kick you, and She go to another nest. He will think a hundred times while giving her a grain of wheat, and not only of this man, but of this woman. His life will be hell forever. Mr. Liberal: Understood, very scary, this is a very dangerous situation !!

   But one more thing, Maulvi Sahib, sometimes it happens, and now it is happening in many families. That a man does not do justice to his wife, nor does he spare her life !!! What to do in this case?

  Maulvi Sahib: Look Mr.! 

The solution to all these problems and the complete solution is present in the Islamic system, the same Islamic system in which people like you are constantly on the move to put obstacles in the way. 

If the Islamic system is fully established, then there is respect, importance and supremacy of the commandments of Allah and His Messenger on all sides, then the fear of Allah, piety, passion for good and distance from evil will be created in all people. And these are the things that play a role in preventing oppression, abuse and sin at every level, which even the police, the army and the judiciary cannot do, 

But alas, you people spend all your energy on annihilating this fear of God and piety, setting fire to your own nest and then running to us to put it out. Instead of teaching your children about Allah, the Prophet, the Qur'an, the religion of Islam, you teach them movies and dramas and when they put shoes on you while practicing this lesson, then you come to us crying and asking for amulets. 

Listen, my Mr. Liberal brother! If the Islamic system is implemented in the true sense of the word, then first of all such incidents will not happen. And even if it happens suddenly, the wife will immediately go to the Islamic court and complain to the judge about her husband's abuse, and the judge, instead of suspending the case for years or skinning it with the help of lawyers, immediately  Will get her right from her husband.

 If in any case the husband does not give her the right or is not able to give it, then the man will be asked to divorce the woman. And if he does not give the divorce, then the judge will send him to jail. He will eat, he will taste loneliness and helplessness, then he will feel the helplessness of others, otherwise he will be suffering in torment ...
