 On Friday, December 3, 2021, a very tragic event took place in the city of Sialkot, Punjab, at about twelve o'clock in the afternoon.

      The mob, accused of blasphemy, not only brutally murdered the foreign export manager of a private factory, Rajko, but also dragged the corpse, raining flames with sticks and poles Also handed over.

     Ever since I saw this brutal video, I have been in a state of awkwardness and anguish.

     Persecution after persecution is that these murderers have fed all this under the guise of blasphemy !! The killers brazenly confessed in a video that "Yahuseen" was written on a poster, which was desecrated, for which we have sent the man to hell.

     This horrific, shameful and painful murder was carried out under the pretext of the name of the greatest being in the universe, the Prophet of Peace, the Prophet of Mercy and his grandson Syedna Hussain (RA).

     The use of the names of these great beings for such a despicable and inhuman act caused even more pain.

     Such fanatical and insane, violent and cruel behavior of the people has caused embarrassment to Muslims all over the world and Pakistanis in particular.

     Was the factory's Sri Lankan export manager guilty of blasphemy? ,

      The whole ugly game was played with the manager on the basis of lack of understanding of a few workers, or what were the other factors behind it, which were later covered in the sacred cloak of blasphemy and blasphemy? This is because the relevant agencies are doing research, and they can provide better results and facts.

     However, the ground realities and the confession of the violent mob clearly prove that the mob has violated the following injunctions of Islam and Quranic verses.

1= The Qur'an commands the investigation of the incident, the guidance is from the Almighty. Translation:

O ye who believe ! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, investigate it thoroughly, lest you harm a people because of ignorance, then you will regret what you did. (Surat al-Hujurat: 6)

The violent mob did not bother to investigate, and thus openly opposed this blessed verse of the Quran.

2 = The Qur'an provides a great guide in the investigation of an event and provides a basic principle. According to the Quran, in order to reach the correct conclusions, one should turn to the scholars and those in charge.
In the Qur'an, it is described as the behavior of the hypocrites and following the devil.
Almighty Allah says:

Translation:
Whenever there comes to them news of peace or danger, they spread it, whereas if they present it to the Messenger of Allah and those who have been made responsible for their affairs, Those of them who have the ability to get to the bottom of it. they would understand it. And had it not been for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would have followed Satan except a few. (Surat an-Nisa ': 83)

3 = Punishment after conviction is not the work of a mob, but the responsibility of the government, all scholars agree on this. Also, if it is proved by solid evidence and arguments that the killer has used blasphemy only as a card, then the punishment for such a killer is murder.
The fanatical mob did not even care, but said that we will continue to do so in the future.

4 = In a viral video on social media, some killers are confessing that the name of Syedna Hussain (RA) was hanging on a poster, which was torn up and thrown in the dustbin. What is it! There is no doubt that every personality of all the Companions and Ahl-e-Bayt-e-Azaam is the light of our eyes, the servant of our hearts and the crown of our heads.
But does this fall into the category of insult?
Is the insult really done or not?
The victim was a foreigner, a non-Muslim, did he know these things or not?
What is the level of guilt?
What is the punishment for this?
This decision cannot be handed over to any group or ignorant group.

5 = Killing any non-Muslim who is a citizen of a Muslim state is the worst crime as well as treason with the order of the Muslim state.
According to our religion, if a scavenger, a laborer, even a poor Muslim gives an order to an infidel, then his obedience becomes obligatory on every Muslim.

الْمُسْلِمُونَ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاوُهُمْ ، يَسْعَى بِذِمَّتِهمِْ َادْنَاهُمْ وَيُجِيرُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَقْصَاهُمْ ، ....
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The blood of the Muslims is equal (i.e., all Muslims, rich and poor, are equal in matters of qisas wadid). In the same way, a Muslim from a distant place can give refuge (even if there is someone close to him).
(Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith 2751).

6 = The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is so angry with the unjust Muslim killer that۔he said: Sahih Bukhari, 3166.
Translation: Whoever kills a disbeliever with whom there is a peace treaty, the fragrance of Paradise is also forbidden on him, although the fragrance of Paradise can be felt from a distance of forty years.
It is a pity that those who attribute themselves to this Prophet (peace be upon him) want to get cheap paradise through this senseless killing? What is the name of this ultimate and evil thinking !!!

7 = This treatment of human corpses, and especially arson, is a sign that this mob of oppressors was devoid of the basic human values ​​of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
The punishment of burning in fire is only to Allah (the creator of fire).
Sahih Bukhari, 2954.

8 = Taking selfies while standing at the foot of a burning corpse, and triumphant spectacles indicate the level at which an abominable fanatical section of our society, the beast, stands and how humanity is facing !!!
Also, the obsession with selfies and mobiles has made some people suffer!

9 = In our country, people who are disgusted with some religions are taking all the religious people by surprise under the guise of this incident. And it seems that they have less sympathy for the oppressed and more hatred of the people of religion. This is a neutral, bigoted and one-sided approach.
In fact, such tragic events are multifaceted, their motives and factors are also different, it is unfair to associate them with any one religion, massacre of Muslims in India for slaughtering cows, worship of Muslims in Europe. Attack on the head of a fanatical truck on a Muslim, burning a memorizer of the Qur'an in Lahore in our dear country, a mob torture on the bodies of two brothers in a village on the outskirts of Sialkot, secular And what will people who are disgusted with liberal religion justify these events?

10 = The fact that distorted human nature, inappropriate circumstances, wrong training, criminal environment, economic oppression, ignorant notion of religion, distrust of government and judiciary, incitement of Satan, support of violent groups in the form of religion, enemy of the country. The onslaught of the elements, and numerous other social, economic and psychological factors and motives, give rise to such tragedies as a whole.
They can be remedied not by insulting one another, but by individual, collective, organized struggle, proper Islamic training, strict accountability, real enforcement of Shariah punishments and impartial justice system.
